We are seeking an experienced
Nintex Consultant
to support the design, development, optimization, and maintenance of workflow automation solutions using the Nintex platform. This role is project-based and ideal for a consultant who can work independently, provide expert guidance, and deliver high-quality automation solutions with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy workflows using Nintex (Workflow, Forms, and Automation Cloud as applicable).
- Analyze business processes and translate requirements into efficient automated solutions.
- Optimize and enhance existing Nintex workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot workflow issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend best-practice solutions.
- Provide documentation, process diagrams, and basic knowledge transfer as needed.
- Ensure solutions follow security, governance, and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Nintex Consultant or Nintex Developer.
- Strong expertise in Nintex Workflow, Nintex Forms, and related automation tools.
- Experience integrating Nintex with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or other enterprise systems.
- Solid understanding of business process automation and workflow design.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Nintex Automation Cloud.
- Background in SharePoint Online or on-prem environments.
- Prior consulting or project-based experience.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party system integrations.

Preferred Applicants: Residents of Panabo City, Davao City, or within the Davao Region.
Work Schedule: 3 PM – 12 MN
Weekends Off: Fixed
