    We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Total Rewards Officer to support and enhance our organization's compensation and benefits programs. This role is responsible for ensuring competitive pay practices, efficient benefits administration, payroll accuracy, and full compliance with statutory requirements.

    Key Responsibilities

    Compensation Management

    • Support the development and implementation of compensation strategies aligned with business objectives.
    • Conduct market benchmarking and salary analysis.
    • Ensure internal equity and compliance with labor regulations.

    Benefits Administration

    • Administer employee benefits programs (insurance, leave policies, and government-mandated benefits).
    • Coordinate with insurance brokers and service providers for renewals and enrollments.
    • Monitor regulatory updates and benefits trends; recommend program improvements.

    Payroll Review & Support

    • Review payroll registers for accuracy, including adjustments and one-time payments.
    • Partner with payroll and finance teams to resolve discrepancies.

    Compliance & Reporting

    • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including tax annualization and BIR 2316 filing.
    • Prepare compensation and benefits reports and analytics for management review.

    Data Analysis

    • Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
    • Provide data-driven insights to optimize the total rewards program.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
    • At least 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.
    • Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Nested IF, etc.).
    • Experience using HRIS and payroll systems.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
