This is a full-time on-site role for an Occupational Health Nurse located in Calamba. The Occupational Health Nurse will be responsible for performing regular health checks, including pre-employment assessments, and providing healthcare services to employees to ensure their overall well-being and prevent work-related injuries and illnesses. The Occupational Health Nurse will also be responsible for training employees on health and safety protocols and creating documentation to manage medical records and ensure compliance with local regulations.

• Nursing and Medicine skills
• Experience in providing healthcare services and conducting health assessments
• Training skills for educating employees on health and safety protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Experience in the industrial and manufacturing sector is a plus
