Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Barista at Kabesera Cafe. The Barista will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including preparing and serving beverages, interacting with customers, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the cafe. This is an on-site role that requires working at the cafe in Angono.

Qualifications

• Barista skills, including knowledge of coffee preparation, latte art, and beverage recipes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Experience in food preparation and handling

Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include:

• Prior experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of different coffee beans and brewing methods
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
