- Provide general IT support services in a serviced office environment with mostly multi-national clients.
- Prepare IT Quotation to clients based on their requirements
- Handle IT support needs of local internal teams
- Co-Ordinate with local IT vendors
- Manage L1 & L2 Tickets
- Maintain local IT Inventory & Documentation
- Experiences with Cisco & Rujie LAN support/troubleshooting
- Experiences with Microsoft Windows, Mac and/or Linux desktop operating systems in a network
- Knowledge in MS Office suits, Apple and Android smart devices support
- IP Telephony deployment or maintenance experience
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server administration and support
- Higher Diploma in Computing or Bachelor Degree in Science or above
- At least 3-5 years experience in front line IT support in a multi-national company
- Current Microsoft Certified Software Engineer (MCSE) accreditation
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) accreditation
- Good English communication skills
- Excellent technical problem-solving and analytical ability
- Pro-active, able to anticipate and tackle potential issues
- Service oriented business approach
- Ability to deal with global business users at all levels
- Ability to work independently & A Self starter
- Relationship building across all local departments
