    About the Role

    As the Global Director of IT Asset Management, you will provide executive oversight for the daily operations of our ITAM teams. Your mission is to maintain 100% visibility across all global hardware while driving strategies for procurement, compliance, and risk mitigation.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Inventory Governance:
      Ensure the accuracy of hardware inventory to inform critical procurement and distribution decisions.
    • Lifecycle Management:
      Track assets from acquisition to disposal, ensuring compliance with organizational and client policies.
    • Financial Stewardship:
      Develop procurement strategies to optimize technology expenditure and prevent unnecessary purchases.
    • Process Excellence:
      Implement KPIs and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance tracking and reporting.
    • Team Leadership:
      Oversee IT Asset Managers, Supervisors, and Analysts, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.

    Must-Have Qualifications

    • 15+ years
      of progressive experience in the technology field (IT Operations/Hardware/Software/Network).
    • 5+ years
      specifically in IT Asset Management.
    • 2+ years
      of direct People Management experience.
    • Certifications:
      ITIL and CITAM certifications are mandatory.
    • Education:
      Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field (or equivalent 15+ years experience).
    • Skills:
      Exceptional data analytical skills and experience in Operations Support/ITSM.
