About the role:
We are looking for
Zuora Billing Senior Consultant
to help shape and expand our Billing and Quote-to-Cash service offerings while delivering high-impact solutions to global clients.
Work Shift:
Flexible/ Rotational Shift
Work Setup:
Hybrid (2-3x a week RTO)
Work Location:
Taguig City
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead solution design using the full Zuora Billing product portfolio
- Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution architecture validation
- Design, configure, and optimize end-to-end Quote-to-Cash solutions
- Create/modify workflows and invoice templates
- Present architecture artifacts (ecosystem diagrams, ERDs, process flows, integration designs)
- Lead client workshops and executive-level discussions (CXO to end users)
- Oversee SDLC delivery: design, build, test, UAT, deployment, and handover
- Collaborate with cross-functional and offshore teams
Qualifications:
- Must have
at least 3-5 years experience in
Zuora Billing
and
Quote-to-Cash
process. - Hands-on expertise in
Zuora Billing implementation, development, or functional consulting. - Enterprise consulting experience delivering ERP, billing, revenue, procurement, or CRM solutions (Salesforce is a plus)
- Experience in requirements documentation, system design, integration, data migration, and testing
- Knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS / ASC 606 preferred)
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments
- Excellent communication skills and executive presence
