You'll be the bridge between our team and IT suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.

    Key Responsibilities

    IT Asset Management Maestro:

    • Take charge of our IT equipment and licenses inventory like a boss, ensuring everything is accounted for and in tip-top shape.
    • Implement and maintain robust asset tracking systems to keep chaos at bay and the organization on point.

    Support Superstar

    • When support inquiries start piling up, you'll swoop in to save the day, providing top-notch assistance with a smile.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues like a pro, offering solutions that make our team's lives easier and our systems happier.

    Supplier Liaison Luminary

    • Forge strong relationships with our IT suppliers, acting as the friendly face of our organization in all communications.
    • Coordinate orders, deliveries, and service requests with suppliers to ensure we have everything we need, when we need it.

    Qualifications

    • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • A wizard with IT asset management tools and systems.
    • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • A knack for problem-solving and a passion for providing exceptional support.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
