A Pre-Production Data Processor (Intermediate) is expected to:
Processing of customer orders as directed by the pre-production Supervisor:
Creation of the 'Held' invoice within business software (Micronet).
Review and process customer orders to determine: Width (girth), type, length, and quantity.
Creation of production Labels with QR codes for fabrication and scheduling status.
Technical development of folding profiles and forming/folding sequences in company software.
Develop a 'Coil run sheet' to specify coil quantity/length to de-coil.
Purchasing – Distributed products from local AUS suppliers.
Creation of factory job cards for production.
Collating all documents with customer order and email to pre-production supervisor for scheduling.

What it takes to be part of our team:
Over 3 years of experience in Data Entry
Proficiency in MS Office Applications, particularly in Excel, is an advantage
Attention to detail
Knowledge in Micronet, SWI – fabrication software, Bartender – printer software and label creation, and MetaCam – CAD drafting are an advantage
Knowledge in sheetmetal is an advantage
Can work onsite in Eastwood, QC, and is amenable to a day shift schedule
