    Overview

    We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Admin Officer to support the operational backbone of CloudCFO. Reporting directly to People Operations, the Admin Officer will ensure the smooth and efficient execution of administrative, compliance, coordination, and office management functions across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    Office Management

    • Lead the transformation of our office into a future-ready workspace, working closely with HR Business Partner, CEO and other stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Ensure excellence across office facilities, managing equipment and technology inventory (including laptops) with accuracy, efficiency, and care.
    • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and colleagues, handling receptionist duties with professionalism and warmth.
    • Provide proactive support to HR, including coordination of employee engagement activities.
    • Plan and monitor office budgets, working closely with HR Business Partners to align investments with organizational priorities.
    • Organize and oversee meetings, events, and projects, from scheduling and logistics to preparing documents and presentations for leadership if necessary.
    • Keep centralized tools updated (calendars, contact lists, shared resources) to ensure smooth communication and coordination.

    Employee Engagement

    • Design and deliver creative townhalls and engagement programs that connect employees to CloudCFO's purpose and business outcomes.
    • Support People Operations Team on onboarding by guiding managers and teams through our framework, ensuring new colleagues feel welcomed and supported from day one.
    • Coordinate and execute internal events, celebrations, and initiatives that strengthen team culture and collaboration.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Office Management, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 2–3 years of experience managing dynamic workspaces for 150–200 employees.
    • Confident and approachable, with the ability to represent CloudCFO's workspace culture and build strong relationships across teams.
    • Service-oriented mindset with proven stakeholder management skills.
    • Balanced approach, able to think strategically while handling day-to-day operations with agility and collaboration.
