Qualifications:

• With at least 6 months of work experience as a Field Collector-Has good communication skills, administrative skills, and interpersonal skills
• Must have excellent attention to detail
• Resourceful, organized, proactive, and systematic
• Willing to do fieldwork
• Preferably, with a motorcycleJob & Responsibilities:1.

Confirming client's information and payments agreement2. Monitoring/Follow up of payments and PTP's thru Field work3. Be persistent in calling and contacting the clients4. Plan course of action to recover outstanding account5. Prepares and submits daily collection report for delinquent accounts to the RCD officer6. Weekly and Monthly submission hard copy of collection report7. Execute appropriate remedial and collection actions as instructed by the RCD Officer8. Coordinating with clients, skip tracing, case filing, etc.;9. Evaluate and report delinquent client situations and recommend suitable courses of action;10. Ensure correct and timely liquidation of expenses against cash advances;
