- Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation related to the medical affairs portfolio.
- Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data related to the portfolio. This could involve compiling information from various sources, creating reports or dashboards, and presenting the data to support decision-making processes.
- Assists in monitoring regulatory databases, staying informed about changes in regulations, and communicating relevant information to the regulatory affairs team.
- Provides support to ongoing projects within the portfolio.
- Assists with budget planning and tracking expenses.
- Works closely with other departments or teams involved in the Medical Affairs portfolio.
- Handles various administrative tasks, such as managing calendars, arranging travel logistics, processing invoices, and handling correspondence on behalf of the Medical Affairs team.
- Bachelor's Degree / 4-year Course graduate
- Graduate of any allied healthcare course (e.g. Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, etc.)
- Open to Fresh Graduates with no formal work experience.
- Able to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
- Preferably has basic skills on project management.
- Adept with technology and Microsoft applications
