    The Social Media Insights Specialist plays a crucial role in optimizing our social media campaigns across various platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Quora, TikTok, Spotify, Reddit, Snapchat, Twitter, Pinterest. This role involves collecting, analysing, and delivering insights to enhance campaign performance, organic and paid. This is key to identify patterns and trends, discover opportunities or expose challenges in the performance. The Social Media Insights Specialist will leverage a suite of analytics tools, emphasizing automation where feasible, to ensure efficient tracking and reporting of reach, engagement and conversion rates. Part of the role is also to consolidate data from various sources for benchmarking, competitive analysis and media reviews.

    Responsibilities :

    • Collect and manage both paid and organic social media marketing data from multiple sources: social advertising platforms, native social media analytics tools, web analytics platforms others platforms like SemRush, SimilarWeb, BuzzSumo, and Socialbakers, internal CRM or sales data platforms/trackers
    • Gather and analyze performance metrics data for both paid and organic social media activities.
    • Collaborate closely with the Social Media Team, CRM team and other stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, troubleshoot any discrepancy issues and implement robust data governance practices
    • Perform cross-brand analysis, including regional and country-based reporting, to understand performance variations and strategize effectively on a global scale
    • Extract actionable insights from comprehensive data analysis to optimize both paid and organic social campaigns, aiming to enhance overall campaign performance
    • Conduct in-depth evaluation of campaign data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in both paid and organic social activities, discover opportunities and expose challenges
    • Perform a thorough competitor analysis for our brands across both paid and organic activities to identify key opportunities for improvement and competitive advantage
    • Work together with social campaign managers to implement optimization strategies, to resolve flagged issues and leverage opportunities. Monitor the impact of the changes on campaign performance, providing real-time insights and course corrections as necessary
    • Deliver ad-hoc analysis and insights as requested by various parties, including the marketing team, senior management, or other cross-functional teams, ensuring all data requirements are promptly and accurately met
    • Use advanced paid and organic social tools to set up automated alerts for key metrics and events
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and updates that may impact data collection processes and strategies, ensuring the team's practices are up-to-date and effective

    Qualifications:

    • 3 to 5 years of hands-on, proven experience in a similar role.
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, statistics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
    • Strong expertise in social media platforms and their analytics tools: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Quora, TikTok, Spotify, Reddit, Snapchat, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.
    • Proven experience working as a Data Analyst, preferably in a paid social media analytics role
    • Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools: Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Quora Ads Manager, Excel, PPT, Lookerstudio. Knowledge and hands-on expertise on PowerBi, SQL, Tableau is a plus
    • Familiarity with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics (UA | GA4), to understand the impact of paid social media campaigns on website performance
    • Ability to brief other teams in terms of data visualization
    • Competitor analysis and market research expertise
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
    • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data integrity
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
    • Teamwork skills

    Work Arrangement

    • Temporary work from home arrangement
    • 15mbps minimum internet speed
    • Work Location: Robinsons Zeta Tower, Bridgetown, Ugong Norte, Quezon City (near Tiendesitas, IPI Pasig, and Eastwood)
    • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 03:00 PM To 12:00 AM
