    CORE PROFILE

    This role is responsible for optimizing and managing AML systems to enhance operational efficiency, data accuracy and integrity, and compliance with AML requirements. It focuses on enabling systems and controls to strengthen detection capabilities and processes, while ensuring seamless and accurate data integration across financial platforms. By aligning system capabilities, data analytics, and strategic programs with organizational business goals and regulatory standards, this role strengthens decision-making, facilitates regulatory compliance, and drives continuous improvement across AML operations.

    NATURE OF WORK

    • Systems Enablement and Optimization
    • Lead the development, enhancement, and management of AML systems to ensure seamless operations and scalability aligning with evolving business needs.
    • Evaluate and implement new AML technologies and tools to drive continuous enhancement of overall system capabilities.
    • Process Enhancement and User Enablement
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and processes, improve user experience, and ensure operational efficiency.
    • Facilitate support to stakeholders to ensure effective system utilization.
    • Data Integration and Infrastructure Management
    • Oversee and manage data integration across multiple systems to ensure reliable, accurate, and accessible data for users across the AML Intelligence pillars.
    • Design and Implementation of Robust AML Detection Mechanisms
    • Develop, implement, and refine AML detection controls to identify potential risks and strengthen monitoring capabilities.
    • Reporting and Analytics
    • Design, build, and maintain reporting and analytical tools that facilitate both standard and adhoc reporting, enabling stakeholders to generate actionable insights to drive decision making.
    • Innovation and Development of Sustainable AML Technology Programs
    • Lead initiatives to innovate and develop sustainable AML technology solutions that enhance system performance and operational effectiveness.
    • Proactively adapt AML technology programs to evolving business needs and regulatory requirements.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with stakeholders and partners from Risk and Compliance, Product, Technology, Data Governance, and Data Science to align systems capabilities with regulatory requirements and organizational goals.
    • Compliance and Security Standards
    • Ensure and maintain consistent compliance of all AML systems and processes to regulatory requirements, security standards, and organizational policies and frameworks.
    • Ensure data integrity and regulatory audit readiness throughout AML processes.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • At least 2years of experience in AML operations, technology, analytics
    • Proficiency in tools like SQL (must), Excel (must), Python, Tableau
    • With operational experience in data mining, analysis, and insight generation
    • Preferably from the Financial Technology/Service, Banking, or Technology industries
