A Guest Experience Representative I is expected to:

The Guest Experience Representative I is responsible for ensuring our customers receive superior levels of support during inbound and outbound calls regarding order processing, delivery scheduling, and post-delivery experience.

• Make outbound calls courtesy and follow-up calls for facilitate order, delivery, or customer satisfaction issues.
• Follow up on work-orders created to resolve guest issues.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation on all transactions.
• Take inbound calls, emails, and chats from delivery drivers that require assistance and resolve any issues.

What it takes to be part of our team:
. At least 1 year BPO experience (Order processing is a plus but not required)
.Strong to excellent English communications skills (written and oral)
.Pro-active and self-motivated
