    Job Description:
    Developing and ensuring a consistent framework of communication and reporting is consistently delivered on a periodic basis to customers.
    Coaching and developing of customer engagement/management capabilities within the team.
    Accountable in determining proper fit based on customer need and pricing.
    Presentations and closure of sales opportunities.
    Accountable for oversight of revenue delivery and reporting by customer
    Handling customer service escalations and forming/executing recovery plans should client perception begin to turn unfavorable
    Monitoring and oversight of contractual obligations and changes
    Establish aggressive sales objectives and then equip the team with the sales processes and strategy needed to achieve those target goals
    Foster a passionate and committed sales team that is dedicated to the success of our customers and the business


    Qualifications:
    1-2 years of experience in sales and in the same industry.
    Good familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet and database applications.
    Excellent oral and written communications skills.
    Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
    Preferably with Presentation Skills, Hotel/Construction experience
