    **Quality Metrics Specialist**

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Metrics Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for measuring and maintaining global quality metrics through executive dashboards and reports.

    About the Role

    • Develop high-quality templates from initial technical design through to implementation.
    • Liaise with internal clients, taking briefs and taking responsibility for delivering work on-time.
    • Follow standards for branded materials such as internally produced covers, brochures, and standard graphics for use in presentations.
    • Manage your own workflow of incoming work and support other team members where necessary.
    • Work closely with internal clients/teams in a professional and helpful manner at all times.
    • Ensure a smooth hand-over of work where applicable.
    • Procure, verify, and monitor information for corporate actions transactions and payments based on data from bank's internal and external data providers.

    Responsibilities

    $75,000 - $90,000 per year
