- Implement, configure, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, and Succession & Development.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP SuccessFactors users.
- Conduct regular system audits and ensure data integrity within the system.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors features and functionalities and recommend best practices to optimize system performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Specialist.
- Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, and Succession & Development.
- Experience in implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors for large organizations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus.
