Training Officers prepare new staff for their job duties by conducting training programs, which can take the form of lectures and/or learning materials.

• Creating training manuals, modules, and other learning materials.
• Providing training sessions in a face-to-face, online, or hybrid setup.
• Conducting assessments to evaluate employee mastery.
• Devising training strategies and best practices.
• Producing content for in-house training materials.
• Evaluating completed training programs for optimization.
• Reporting and presenting training results to management.

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Education, Behavioral Sciences, or another related field.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• With experience in facilitating training courses and creating training modules.
• Has excellent interpersonal skills.
• Thorough understanding of contemporary HR and business procedures.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Energetic, determined, and highly capable disposition.
• Ability to conduct thorough needs assessments to gauge training needs.
• Can operate MS Office
• Highly trainable individual
• Willing to Travel to different Branches.
