    The role requires strong communication skills and ability to work in a cross-cultural environment. The role is expected to have regular and independent communication with management, peers in finance and other functions/business.


    Bookkeeping Responsibilities:

    Reconciling the bank accounts and requesting missing invoices Putting invoices to the correct projects (if applicable) Reviewing the profit and loss and balance sheet for irregularities and ensuring it is in line with expectations of the client Delivering all the above within the agreed timescales and working towards the bookkeeping diary Administrative Assistance Perform administrative tasks as directed by office manager.

    Request, receive and organize client documentation. Read and understand a wide variety of documents, and know where to file them.


    Requirements:
    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any accounting related programAt least 6 months of general accounting experience is preferred for this positionExperience in a BPO setting is an advantageExcellent English communication skillsMust be willing to work on an AU shift (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MNL)Applicants must be willing to work on-site in Eastwood, Quezon City as required
