    Position Overview

    The End-to-End Activation Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the activation process, from initial planning to execution, evaluation and reports. They will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure that each activation is flawlessly executed and achieves the desired objectives. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, creative, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Client Management
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the activation process.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, objectives, and vision for each activation.
    • Provide regular updates and reports to clients to keep them informed of progress and any changes.
    • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop comprehensive activation plans that align with client objectives and budget constraints.
    • Conduct research to identify suitable venues, vendors, and resources for each activation.
    • Work with internal teams to develop creative concepts and themes that will resonate with the target audience.
    • Project Coordination:
    • Coordinate all logistical aspects of activations, including venue selection, permits, staffing, and equipment rentals.
    • Create and manage project timelines to ensure that all deadlines are met.
    • Anticipate and proactively address any issues or challenges that may arise during the activation process.
    • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to ensure that everyone is aligned with project goals and objectives.
    • Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively to ensure efficient project execution.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members as needed throughout the activation process.
    • Quality Assurance:
    • Conduct thorough pre-activation checks to ensure that all equipment and materials are in working order.
    • Oversee on-site setup and activation to ensure that everything runs smoothly and according to plan.
    • Gather feedback from clients and attendees to evaluate the success of each activation and identify areas for improvement.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, or related field.
    • Proven experience 3-5 in event planning, activation management, or related role.
    • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
    • Creative yet process led thinker with a passion for developing innovative activation concepts and experiences.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
    • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
