    Job description

    · Responsible for addressing SAP functional issues to support the day-to-day operations of the business. Issues can be, but not limited to, L1 (How Tos, Navigation, Process), L2 (i.e Transactional Issues, standard or custom program issues).

    · Performs systems analysis/review/research and recommend options and relevant IT Solutions. · Conducts research on IT technologies & processes to recommend solutions not covered in the current ERP system.

    · Works with business and other stakeholders to understand a business requirement and translate this business requirement into a blueprint process mapping in SAP.

    · Works together with Data Management Group & Data Owners to facilitate transactional testing of Master Data in SAP

    · Responsible for the following configuration and testing activities: § System Configuration § Setup Key Data Structure § All types of System Testing as applicable (Unit testing/Regression Testing/End-to-End § Testing/Volume Testing/Authorization Testing) § UAT Support

    · Responsible for Documenting the following: § Configuration Document § Key Data Structure § Functional Specification Document for custom requirements § IT Test Document § UAT Document

    · Conducts/Facilitates the following End-User Activities § End-User-Training § Walkthroughs

    · Ensures compatibility and interoperability of custom applications; Articulates Functional Specification Document/Design to programmer and ensures programmer's activity is completed based on agreed schedule.

    · Works together with external AMS Team for any issue with standard or custom applications requiring the latter's engagement. · Works with the ERP team in the implementation of new SAP modules.
