This is a full-time, on-site Unit Manager - Life Planner role based in Metro Manila, Bacolod, Iloilo & Cebu.
The Unit Manager will oversee and lead a team of Life Planners to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities include recruitment, training, and performance management of team members, as well as developing innovative strategies to grow the business.
The role also involves engaging with clients to understand their needs and providing comprehensive insurance solutions to help them achieve financial security and peace of mind.
QualificationsProven leadership, team management, and recruitment skills
Strong sales and relationship-building abilities
Knowledge of insurance products and industry trends
Excellent communication, training, and mentorship skills
Strategic thinking and networking skills to identify and pursue business growth opportunities
Ability to work on-site in Metro Manila, Bacolod, Iloilo & Cebu
Relevant educational background or experience in sales, insurance, or management
