• Prepare and assist in creating documentary requirements for prospective clients such as cost proposals, contracts, etc.
• Accurately enter and maintain prospect and client information and sales data in the company's CRM tools
• Understand and gather information on client requirements and document accordingly.
• Manage information and route data to the right channel.
• Assist the Business Development team in generating new leads through lead generation and prospecting
• Builds relationships and demonstrated ability to connect with people at all levels in an organization
• Participate on service development and process improvement
• Do lead generation, administrative and ad hoc tasks such as reports, spreadsheets, presentations as required
• Assist in the preparation of prospective client visits and site tours

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in an administrative support preferably in a sales or customer service environment
• Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems (preferably Hubspot)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
