About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Team Leader with experience in the US Solar industry to oversee daily operations, support team performance, and ensure high-quality customer experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and capable of motivating a team to meet and exceed targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year CSR experience in any US Solar account
- At least 6 months Team Leader experience (BPO or Solar industry preferred)
- Salesforce experience is a strong plus
- Sales experience is an advantage
- Strong communication, coaching, and performance management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and KPI-driven environment
- Can start immediately or next week
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of agents to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
- Conduct regular performance reviews, feedback sessions, and coaching plans
- Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to address performance gaps
- Ensure high-quality customer interactions and adherence to process standards
- Collaborate with operations, QA, training, and support teams to improve workflow and results
- Handle escalations and provide timely resolutions
- Drive team engagement and create a positive, motivating environment
