- Providing technical support and assistance to customers.
- Identifying the root cause of technical issues and finding appropriate solutions to resolve them.
- Communicating technical information and instructions to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Resolving technical issues may require collaboration with other departments.
- Bachelor' s Degree.
- Techical support or IT Service desk background.
- Experience with SQL, Jira, Salesforce is a plus.
- Technical knowledge is a plus.
- Minimum of 6 months Technical Support experience (BPO or non-BPO industry) is an advantage
