Marketing Associate (Social Media & Marketing Support)
About the Role
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support our marketing initiatives. The primary focus of this role is social media management, while also assisting in other key facets of marketing including branding, campaigns, and promotional activities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative work and execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management (Primary Focus)
- Manage and maintain company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions
- Track engagement metrics and performance analytics
- Stay updated on trends, content formats, and platform best practices
Content Creation & Digital Support
- Assist in developing graphics, captions, and marketing materials
- Support content planning and brand consistency
- Coordinate promotional posts and announcements
Marketing & Brand Support
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Support branding and promotional activities
- Coordinate with internal departments for marketing requirements
- Assist in events, activations, and marketing projects
- Perform other marketing-related tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Experience managing social media platforms (professional, freelance, or academic projects)
- Strong understanding of social media trends and engagement strategies
- Basic skills in content creation (graphics, captions, short-form videos)
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design/editing tools
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Creative, adaptable, and detail-oriented
