- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5–8 years of retail management experience, with at least 3 years in a multi-store or area management role, preferably in fashion retail.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing retail operations.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence and collaborate across all levels.
- Willing to travel frequently and work flexible hours based on business needs.
