    This is a remote position.

    This role is permanent home-based and night shift with working hours from 12:00am to 9:00am Manila Time.

    Customer Consultations
    • Conduct one-on-one consultations with customers via video calls or phone to explain their genetic reports.
    • Translate complex genetic concepts into easy-to-understand language tailored to individual customers.
    • Provide actionable lifestyle suggestions based on genetic findings (e.g., nutrition, fitness, supplements).


    Customer Support & Follow-up:
    • Address customer questions, concerns, or uncertainties about their genetic data.
    • Create and maintain personalized customer notes and follow-up plans as needed.
    • Collaborate with the support team to resolve any service-related inquiries.

    Report Review & Preparation:
    • Review customer reports to identify key insights and relevant wellness optimizations.
    • Stay up-to-date on the Company's evolving product offerings to integrate new services into consultations.


    Requirements

    Educational Background:
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Genetics, Biology, Health Sciences, or a related field.
    • Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner highly preferred.
    • Nutritionist, dietitian, other functional wellness provider also preferred.

    Skills and Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer communications.
    • Strong understanding of genetic data interpretation and personalized wellness.
    • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex genetic information.
    • Excellent English communication skills

    Soft Skills:
    • Empathetic, patient, and able to build strong rapport with customers.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Comfortable working independently

    Working Arrangement
    • Willing to work night shift from 12:00am to 9:00pm
    • With read work from home setup, equipment and stable internet connection
    • Willing to work as an Independent Contractor
