Job summary

You will conduct off-site audits of United Petroleum Commission Agent sites to ensure compliance with workplace obligations.

+

Responsibilities

  • Initiate and manage remote audit requests with franchise owners under the Commission Agent Agreement
  • Maintain professional and clear communication with Commission Agents throughout the audit process
  • Cross-check Deputy data against submitted documentation to verify timesheets vs actual hours worked,
    payslips vs hours and rates paid,
    rosters vs payroll records for penalties overtime allowances.
