    Job Description:

    • Manage and lead PH Corp IT teams to deliver stable and robust IT solutions and ensure smooth running of the day-to-day IT operations for all offices and warehouses and provide excellent support for employees.
    • Develop guidelines, processes, and procedures to enhance office IT Infrastructure resiliency and service availability
    • Design, develop and implement Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery strategy
    • Proactively manage and report on project status, deliverables, risks and issues, while working closely with multiple stakeholders
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and act as a liaison between IT and business teams
    • Manage IT assets & inventories, IT procurement, budgeting and cost control
    • Drive a continuous improvement mind-set across the team through providing continuous support, training, coaching and mentorship to the team.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering or Information Technology related field
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience operating in a similar role
    • Extensive experience developing and enforcing standards and procedures for project deliverables quality assurance, walk-throughs, issues reporting and change management
    • Experience in establishing, implementing and running the day-to-day operations. Able to lead and manage remote teams in a team-oriented and collaborative environment. Passion for the development of clearly-defined and optimized operational environments
    • Strong network knowledge and hands-on experience in Palo Alto, Cisco, and other network appliances. Rich experience in providing and operating enterprise services such as Active Directory, VPN, Wireless network, NAS, etc.
    • Familiar with setup and configuration of Cisco devices such as firewall, switch, IP phones, wireless controller and access points
    • Hands-on experience in Windows server administration and basic knowledge in Linux server administration. Experience with ITSM tools, frameworks
    • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, especially when it comes to directly addressing user issues with software, hardware, and servers. Able to quickly identify problems and implement solutions with minimal downtime
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels and with HQ Corp IT team
