Paglalarawan

1. Conducts regular customer's onsite visit to ensure that customer's requirements are adequately met.2. Conducts line or on-site problem analysis and troubleshooting in case of problems noted on his assigned area.3. Prepares detailed technical report regarding result of regular on-site problem analysis.4. Conducts functional trials at customer line and prepares functional report for the newly developed products.5. Provides production support during first production batch and prepares line monitoring report for the newly developed products.6. Conducts laboratory activities at NPCP for further evaluation of problem, complaints and inquiries of customers.7. Conducts special project activities such as seminars and preparation of seminar materials and product orientation.8. Coordinates with concerned departments on matters related to his activities and assignment.9.

Prepares technical report on every project accomplished, technical service activities and monthly report for the summary of the activities in the month.10.

Plans and controls projects or activities assigned by his immediate superior to him and his assigned group.11. Attends coordination meeting to ensure accomplishment of any assigned activity or project.


QualificationsEducation :
Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry and/or Chemical Engineering Experience : At least 2 years working experience in coatings industry, Pre-Treatment Chemicals- Cathodic Electrodeposition (PTC-CED) and TopcoatOther Skills : Must have knowledge of Basic Paint Technology and Paint Defects and TroubleshootingMust have good interpersonal skillsMust be assertive and have leadership capabilityMust have good written and oral communication skillsPassed color vision test
