JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a customer service representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

Addressing customer needs and concerns
Adhering to company and client policies and processes
Identifying customer requirements, providing accurate solutions
Building rapport with customers and ensuring customer engagement
Documenting activities and managing productivity
Understanding and working towards set targets

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum age of 18 (Legal Age Requirement)
High school graduate or at least completed Senior High School-Completion of college level or graduation
Call center experience not mandatory
Alternative Learning System (ALS) with a minimum of 6 months of BPO experience
Willingness to work on site
Availability for graveyard shifts and shifting schedules
Able to work on weekends and holidays
