The job involves managing the store sales achievement and growth setting up gondolas and merchandise display ensuring daily operations are properly managed keeping the store tidy and clean organizing merchandise arranging product selling area greeting serving customer maintaining stability reputation by complying legal requirements recruiting selecting training coaching disciplining employee monitoring appraising job responsibilities providing constructive guidance to team on effective operations protecting employees customers by providing safe clean store environment doing bank-in of store sales stocking ordering own use item small notes needed completing updating reporting sales new staff hiring assignment case to HQ superior sending document related HQ superior working within established guideline SOP performing other responsibility assigned Asst Branch Manager / Branch Manager.
