    Work Schedule:

    • 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, from Monday to Friday. From 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

    Qualifications:

    • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role (preferably in an International Organization).
    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Communication, or related fields is a plus.
    • Working knowledge of an applicant tracking system.
    • Proficiency in English Language is highly beneficial.
    • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Manage and oversee end-to-end recruitment processes.
    • Source potential candidates through job boards and social media by posting job ads and connecting with prospects.
    • Screen and evaluate applicants based on qualifications.
    • Conduct interviews in collaboration with hiring VPs.
    • Handle communication between candidates/applicants and the HR department.
    • Develop and maintain networks of prospective candidates by participating in Job Conferences.
    • Manage job descriptions and announcements.
    • Provide recruitment process advice to the HR department and suggest suitable candidates for hire.
    • Operate in compliance with established standards, procedures, and relevant regulations.
