• Create impactful products and services for business growth and acquisition.
• Closely work with the Marketing Team and various stakeholders to understand business and campaign requirements.
• Prepare the business requirements document and present it to marketing and campaign stakeholders.
• Prepare and execute test cases for new features, and work with the regional product team to locate and fix the bugs.
• Help the marketing team in configuring the campaigns and preparing for the communications plans to increase awareness of our product offerings through campaign features.
• Provide subject matter expertise, and prepare and conduct training on the marketing and campaign features, to ensure that the standard operating procedures and the knowledge management system articles are prepared accordingly by the impacted operation teams.
  
  

• Bachelor's Degree / 4-Year Course Graduate preferably in Computer Science, MIS or Information Technology
• 0 - 1 year of work experience in Project or Product Management / Product Owner / Business and System Analyst / Quality Assurance / Developer or any related technical background
• Preferably with experience in the FinTech industry, specifically IT Product Management that supports banking processes through business requirement analysis, product design, user acceptance testing, user experience research, competitor analysis and the like
• Demonstrated track record of getting things done in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English
• Able to communicate complex business or technical information effectively
• Good analytical and logical thinking skills
• Good collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
