- 3-4 years of experience in product marketing, product management, growth marketing, or a related SaaS role
- Hands-on experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research, including surveys and customer interviews
- Experience analyzing and refining complex pricing models
- Passion for or experience in the social good sector is a plus
- Experience in AI-powered B2B SaaS products is a plus
- AI-native marketer with experience using generative AI tools
- Strong storyteller who turns complex ideas into clear, value-driven messaging
- Analytical thinker skilled in market research, pricing strategy, and survey design
- Confident simplifier who makes complex concepts accessible and compelling
- Strategic and future-focused, with the ability to champion long-term product value
- Develop clear, value-driven product messaging that differentiates products in the social good market
- Contribute to product narratives, messaging frameworks, and launch materials
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure messaging is consistent, usable, and customer-focused
- Build and maintain buyer personas through customer interviews, surveys, and internal research
- Analyze customer feedback, win/loss insights, and market trends to inform go-to-market decisions
- Test and validate messaging with customers and internal stakeholders
- Support packaging and pricing initiatives through research and analysis
- Design and conduct surveys, including willingness-to-pay and feature value testing
- Document and communicate pricing and packaging updates to internal teams
