- Has good oral communication and customer service skills
- Knows how to prioritize and result oriented person
- Provides technical services in form of repair, troubleshooting and any similar form to all motorcycle unit
- Ensures proper use of service tools and materials in accordance to company policy
- Coordinates with Branch Manager for all the marketing initiatives for service which includes administration of promos and marketing strategies for the month
- Makes sure that all service tools are properly arranged and safeguarded
- Maintains cleanliness in service hub and properly disposes waste occur after conducting unit service
- Willing to be assigned in branches
