We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Agent Sourcer/Sales Development Specialist to support the growing needs of our sales team.

• Support the growing need of manpower for sales agents by actively recruiting, training, and managing commissionbased subagents.
• Identify and recruit potential subagents through various channels, including online platforms, referrals, and networking events.
• Conduct fieldwork to assess market opportunities and establish relationships with potential subagents.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and expansion, leveraging the network of subagents to drive sales.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, recruiting, or business development, preferably in industry related
• Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to effectively train and motivate others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel and conduct fieldwork as needed to recruit and support subagents.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and resourcefulness.
• Resultsdriven with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and meeting objectives.
