    DUTY MANAGER

    Qualifications

    • Work experience as a Duty Manager in a hotel or had relevant experience in the industry
    • Customer service skills
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Basic knowledge of cash management
    • Team Management skills
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Availability to work in shifts including weekends
    • Fluent in Cebuano, Tagalog and English

    Task and Responsibilities

    • Oversee Front Office operations, including maintenance, cleanliness, efficiency, safety and security
    • Handle and address customer and team issues
    • Navigate OPERA System
    • Train rank-and-file team members
    • Perform Front Office tasks and responsiblities
    • Work together with Asst. Front Office Manager to assess and improve processes and policies
    • Schedule shifts of team members
    • Uphold and enforce company policies and procedures
