Assures quality assurance system preparation documents such as Work Instruction Packaging Standard Inspection standard Trend control checkpoint Control plan FMEA Provide Job Instruction Sheets reference production use Ensure new product inspection standard revision customer requirements Quality Control Plan products revised changes based customer requirements Assists QC supervisor preparation review FMEA SPC Improvement Projects Formulates projects improvements Production Processes QA group elimination waste improve quality efficiency others Spearhead projects improvements quality assurance department Implement monitor projects effectiveness Analyze quality problem contributed Machine Man Method Material Environment Attend evaluations simulations engineering group molding tooling injection determine root cause problem Group analysis discussion determine root cause appropriate corrective actions Assures data gathered investigations evaluations corrective actions Formulates Corrective Action quality problems close coordination production section verification result effectiveness Attend daily monthly meeting other meetings management Be present time scheduled meeting Assure relevant information reported accurately completely final action taken effective Be sure all information declared effective reference basis Attend Customer meeting Weekly Quality performance Environmental Aspect Impact Assist QC Supervisor determining Significant Aspects assigned Process Candidate Bachelor College Degree Engineering courses Work Experience Must have years QAE/QCE Experience plastic injection molding company advantage
