The Centralized Services Administrator plays a pivotal role in the MSP, ensuring seamless operation, monitoring and optimization of client IT environments.

- Administer and maintain centralized MSP tools (RMM patch management backup security). ,
- Monitor client systems for alerts performance issues security threats respond promptly to incidents service requests. ,
- Perform routine maintenance software updates patch deployment system health checks. ,
