- Confirm the dealership's CarZing subscription, selected plan, and payment status.
- Clearly explain all associated benefits, features, promotions, and account entitlements.
- Provide a welcoming, informative onboarding experience tailored to each dealership.
- Verify whether the dealership has an active DealerCenter account.
- If no active account exists, guide the dealership step-by-step through the complete online DealerCenter signup process.
- Ensure proper activation so CarZing integrations function correctly.
- For dealerships using DealerCenter inventory management, confirm feeds are active (no changes required).
- For dealerships using third‑party inventory providers, configure the correct feed within DealerCenter to push inventory to CarZing.
- Validate that vehicle listings appear accurately and completely on the platform.
- Update and optimize all CarZing lead settings within DealerCenter, including:
- Email contacts
- Phone numbers
- CRM lead-routing information
- Notification settings
- Ensure all contact information is correct, up to date, and fully operational.
- Discuss how each dealership plans to manage CarZing leads and assist in setting up workflows.
- Provide training on:
- CarZing Lead Types & classifications
- Best practices for responding to leads
- Proper follow-up timing and tone
- Recommended dealer engagement strategies
- For DealerCenter users, train them on the CarZing Leads Report so they know how to track activity and performance.
- For dealerships using external CRMs, ensure a valid CRM lead email address is collected, input, and properly tested.
- Ensure every dealership is fully trained, confident, and ready to successfully manage CarZing leads.
- Document onboarding steps, issues, and resolutions in internal systems.
- Collaborate with internal CarZing teams to escalate technical issues when needed.
- Minimum 1–2 years in customer support, onboarding, account management, or technical support role—preferably in automotive, SaaS, or BPO.
- Strong spoken and written English (able to communicate clearly with U.S. dealerships).
- Comfortable training customers via phone, Zoom, email, and chat.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, inventory management tools, or DealerCenter is a plus.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple onboarding cases simultaneously.
- Tech-savvy with strong troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients
- Automotive dealership or automotive tech SaaS experience
- Knowledge of lead management workflows
- Ability to explain technical topics in simple, customer-friendly language
