    The IT Application Manager - Virtual Systems and APIs will have the primary responsibility to execute the end-to-end product/component implementation (develop, test, roll-out) and project management of the components designed and requested for by the Solution Design Team. This role requires close collaboration with the Solution Design team to ensure the component's client-segment solution fit, operational-fit, product adoption, profitability, implementation, and feedback-based product iterations.

    The App Manager should:

    • Work with the Solution Design team to understand the financial automation needs, execution pain-points, and process gaps of the segments that they are assigned to in order to identify solutioning opportunities using our banking products and services.
    • Work with Clients/Solution Managers to put together a Solutions Assessment in order to gauge the value potential and market approach of the solution/s that we are looking to offer.
    • Work with the Technical Design Officer to identify the underlying products/capabilities that need to be developed to form part of the solutions that are identified by the Head of Business Design and will be offered by Solution Managers.
    • Work with the Technical Design Officer to identify the costs and partnerships needed to build and operate the products and services that will make up the solution for a certain segment use case.
    • Work with the Technical Design Officer to identify the operational capacity needed to build and operate the products and services that will make up the solution for a certain segment use case.
    • Work with the Technical Design Officer to identify the regulations and risks involved in the process of building and operating the products and services that will make up the solution for a certain segment use case.
    • Work with the Technical Design Officer to pitch the development plan and requirements to the relevant management, technical, and operations team for timeline, cost, and effort assessment. For complex solutions, plot the roadmap and release phases.
    • Define product KPIs and success metrics with stakeholders and internal units and provide them with regular updates as soon as it's launched.
    • Work with the Technical Design Officer to create detailed product design and clear user stories to translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks to ensure accurate development by the tech team.
    • Monitor and ensure that the product (may it be a feature/API/channel) is being developed accurately and is to be delivered on time.
    • Perform User-Acceptance Testing to ensure the quality and accuracy of the product (may it be a feature/API/channel) that was developed.
    • Work with Solution Managers and Marketing to plan and oversee the roll-out, adoption, and growth of the product/solution in terms of Marketing Campaigns and Direct Sales.
    • Work with Tech and Operations to plan and oversee the roll-out and maintenance of the product in terms of processes and support.
    • Work with the Partner-Facing and Operations Business Units to gather feedback from users of the solution to identify points for improvement and potential product/solution iterations.
    • Report to Netbank Stakeholders the overall performance of the components.
    • Report to Netbank Stakeholders any new updates, strategy, direction, and/or timing.
    • Perform other duties and assignments that may be assigned.

    The position is a Manager level position and is reporting to the IT Development Manager.
