    Responsibilities
    • Answering incoming calls and messages from customers who are interested in buying or learningmore about the company's products or services
    • Asking questions to understand the customer's needs, preferences, and budget
    • Presenting the features and benefits of the products or services that match the customer'sneeds
    • Overcoming objections and handling complaints
    • Closing sales and processing orders
    • Providing after-sales support and follow-up
    • Updating customer records and sales data
    • Meeting sales goals and targets
    • Collaborating with other sales team members and departments
    • Researching prospects, reaching out via phone, email, or social media, and setting up meetingsQualifications
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • At least 1 year experience in sales or customer service
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Persuasive and confident
    • Proficient in using computer and phone systems
    • Ability to work under pressure and multitask
    • Knows MS Excel and MS Word
    • Must be willing to work in M-F, 8am to 5pm in Connecticut St.
    (adjacent to EDSA), San Juan
    Work Schedule: 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday Onsite Full-time
