We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Motorpool Head to oversee our fleet management operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive maintenance, fleet management, and team leadership. They will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and safety of our vehicle fleet.


Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the daily operations of the motorpool, including vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing schedules.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure vehicles are in optimal working condition, minimizing downtime.
• Oversee the procurement of parts, materials, and equipment necessary for vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Establish and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safe operation of vehicles.
• Monitor and analyze motorpool operations to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and costeffectiveness.
• Lead a team of mechanics and support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, inspections, and inventory.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure vehicles meet operational requirements and standards.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Professional License is an advantage
• Experience(s) is an Advantage in the related field.
• With professional driver's license
• With indepth knowledge and experience in actual maintenance work for light and heavy equipment/vehicles.
• Has the ability to establish and implement procedures and standards for ensuring the availability of equipment/vehicles.
• Excellent in both oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
