- Duties / Essential Functions:
- Create and add courses to the Catalogue for Programming and Maintenance Training.
- Provide customer assistance for training class registration, tuition fee payment and certificate of training completion.
- Process student tuition fee payments using the different payment modes – PO, credit card, service contract and training units.
- Book, approve sales order in Oracle Order Entry and generate invoices using the Oracle Accounts Receivable application.
- Prepare training tools and materials such as offline licenses, online training materials, and virtual machine.
- Provide the highest level of customer service to both external and internal customers by addressing inquiries and issues.
- Excellent phone, verbal and written communication skills in English language. Must be keen on details. Demonstrate excellent workload management skills. Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Willing to work in a shifting schedule, including night shift.
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 1-2 years of customer service work experience, will be an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
