- 2+ years of experience as a Supervisor within a BPO environment.
- Facilitation of Team Huddle/Meetings for work-related activities including but not limited to process updates, Calibration, and Skill Transfer.
- Adheres to and Implements the threshold management guideline for performance management
- Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and solutions with minimal supervision.
- Experience working with process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen).
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
