    We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives.

    As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers.



    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and complaints via various communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat.
    • Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and company policies to assist customers in making informed decisions.
    • Assist customers in navigating our website, troubleshooting technical issues, and placing orders.
    • Handle customer escalations with professionalism and empathy, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
    • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services based on customer needs and preferences.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED
    • K12 graduates or those who have completed at least 2 years in college
    • For HS graduates, 6 months BPO experience for International account or 1 year BPO experience for local account is required
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Must be willing to work onsite in Tagbilaran City, Bohol
