    1. QUOTATION & BIDDING1.1. Conducts telephone inquiries and sends out brochures and quotations.1.2. Secures technical and financial document requirements for private and public bidding.1.3. Submits the company's proposal & requirements to public and private biddings.2. SALES OF AUDIOLOGICAL EQUIPMENT2.1. Establishes rapport with end users.2.2. Attends to queries regarding audiological equipment.2.3. Explains the features of audiological equipment.3. PRODUCT DEMONSTRATION3.1. Secures and coordinates the schedule of product demonstration with the end-users, Purchasing Manager, and Audiology Trainer.3.2. Coordinates demo unit equipment to be used for product demonstration.4. DELIVERY OF MACHINE4.1. Attends to inquiries from clients regarding the availability of machines, and accessories and coordinates them with the concerned department.
